New User Pricing Changes
- Over the years, IO has made minimal changes to pricing for new users. These changes only apply to new customers and not existing ones.
- Web Build Prices: "Our highest-priced package remains reasonable even with price adjustments."
- WordPress Sync & Hosting Fees: “We increased WordPress hosting fees from $19/mo to $39/mo about 5 years ago to improve our platform’s infrastructure."
- Basic Plan Price: "Our Basic Plan (35 unique items, excluding options) increased from $50/mo to $85/mo over 10 years ago, reflecting ongoing improvements and support."
All Users Pricing Changes
- We’ve also introduced price changes that apply to all users. However, we made sure to communicate these changes clearly and gradually.
- IO Phone Pricing: "2-3 years ago, we moved from a per-minute/text charge to a flat-rate unlimited plan."
- Grandfathered Pricing Ended: "2-3 years ago, we ended our grandfathered pricing. As a courtesy, we gave users one year's notice and increased monthly plans by just 20% annually until we reached the current pricing."
