I use new IO, including IO phone & text. I really like it. I find it super customizable to our needs & Tim is great at helping if there is something that needs to be fixed or if I need clarification on anything!

as many know I HATED the new system. I signed back up with ERS and had a demo to check it back out. it took all about 4 minutes for me to kick that in the ass. ERS is great for cookie cutter smaller companies (yes I know they do have a few large companies) but majority are newer with less deliveries and inventory. having the ability to have a full custom site that flows is always a huge +1 for io. I have yet to find an ers site that is custom and flows nicely. and of course routing. their "state of the art" routing is awful. when I had ERS in the past I would actually input addresses into my old IO (free account) and route with IO lol. oh yeah and they dont offer load lists like IO has.

Hey guys, just wanted to follow up with the SMS update and say AMAZING JOB!!! The way it functions now is a vast improvement. No longer do we have to have the phone/sms function take up half our screen on mobile. Now it pops up in a new tab and the customer as well as out text templates are right there when we click that field. All the lead *codes are working great. Very nice. Just wanted to say thank you for all you guys do to help us operate more efficiently. very much appreciated!

After being live for around 6 months now we are happy to see that our SEO is maintaining and our customers can still easily find us online. I love this new feature you added whereby our customers can, with a simple click, write us a review on google. I set it up on Thursday and by today (Tuesday) we've already had a few customers use it which has increased our ratings on google. Can I just tell you how impressed I am with this company! We have been “off” for 5 months and we came back and a lot of the items that we suggested have already been implemented into the system and I had a tear in my eye! It feels so good to be listened to. My organic searches are up 26%, and the CTR (click-through-rate) is way up since I've moved from ERS about a month ago. I've increased my DR (domain rank) quite a bit in a short period. Loving the SEO tools!

You guys are great and really I am glad the computer program is working and smarter than us - we count on that! Just want to let you know we appreciate your responsiveness to our questions. Oh, I also had a great experience with the new system and a returning customer. I went from answering the phone to taking payment in less than 5 minutes. All her information including the credit card information was in the system. She actually said "Wow, I am so impressed" - worth learning the new system just to hear that.

I personally have done demos with multiple rental software companies (Tap Goods, ERS, Goodshuffle Pro) and while yes they may have more advanced functions than some that IO offers, I have found that IO is the only software that is able to offer ALL of the features. Above that, everything is way more customizable. While learning the new IO was definitely a learning curve, it has WAY more functionality than old IO. Our whole office team has been on it for almost a year and I would have a very hard time navigating through old IO now.

I opened an account under office@xxxxxxx.com when we first started our business. I switched over to DRS/ERS rental software for the last 5 months or so and am ready to switch back, as the IO system really is superior and I think I figured out how to adapt most of the advantages of DRS into IO.
